I am ready to pitch in for a lawsuit. Always believed independence the Bose way would have been better than the Gandhi way.
Right on! We should fight fire with fire, not with water. A lawsuit is the way to go. I'm willing to donate my breakfast allowance, and I also have friends who are law school students who can volunteer.

Guys,
I want your input on a very important issue. So far I haven't heard anything proper from IV Core. We achieved the pledge goal. This really shows everybody's passion to get the real data.
We have couple of options:
1. We deposit all the amount to IV's regular account. In that case quite a few guys have asked for guarantee that first $5000 out of this money will be spent specifically for this purpose.
2. We create a new paypal account, get all the donation in that acccount and one of us get the data from USCIS and share with everyone on IV thread itself.
Please let me know your opinion ASAP. This is very important and quick reply is necessary.

Nope, they are not taking my jobs but you are. So don't care about them but I do care about what you are doing or going to do.
Don't feel shy about it. this is the human dark side. People hate competition in nature. As I myself don't hate those posing no threat to my job security. The letter voicing our sense of injustice and urgency is being treated as "comments" .. Only a lawsuit will get these people to treat us seriously!

Here is something i found on the web for the interpretation of labor sub cases, the original PD stays with original beneficiary, but when the labor certification is used for another beneficiary then USCIS should allocate the new I-140 filing date as PD, not the original LC date.
Following link suggest that labor substitution should not grant PDs.

You wont belive but the labor sub was a big mess and thanks god both USCIS and DoL realised this rule being abused and scrap it, but i am pretty sure the sub labor filed in July 2007 fiasco is clogging india EB-3 PD and it will remain at that level for next 2-3 yrs.

Can someone advice on this.
Currently I am on H1B visa and I will apply my AOS before 17th august as dependent(Secondary applicant).
After applying AOS if I have to leave my job then will I be out of status since I won't be on H1 status and I won't be on H4 ?
Can I leave my job after applying AOS or I have to wait till We get receipts of 485?

You will be in "pending adjustment" status as a dependent, but since you're not on a H4 I am not sure what may be in store. Check with a good lawyer.

I understand that IV leadership is agains't lawsuits because they take time. However most of the timelines immigration lawsuits are of 1 to 2 years time.

This interview EXPOSED how un-informed and careless and whimsical are IOs in handling cases. MEMO should have been framed on their desks/mind....we don't have to remind these guys. In one moment they can deny as important a petition as AOS and just in a flash second they can approve it. They won't make any effort to dig out relevant info. It is like fliping a coin...plain luck when it comes to GC.
